Lead Developer: Helsinki

We are currently looking for a Lead Developer to join an innovative industry leading healthcare technology company with strong focus on patient care. This AI-driven online triage and patient management software is designed to release GP capacity, improves patient access and creates an intelligent healthcare network.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain overall architecture, including microservices architecture

• Perform hands-on development, both on the frontend and backend as needed

• Ensure quality and provide coaching to the development team

• Ensure compliance with regulations and documentation, working closely with the CTO, and the rest of the team (approximately 10% of work hours)

• Focus on data gathering and improvement during the first 6 months, including looking at the abstraction layer and AI architecture integrations

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills in both frontend and backend development (Python, GCP, Django, Angular)

• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities

• Knowledge of regulations and documentation processes

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and data abstraction
