Lead System Engineer Role – Medical Tech Company – Helsinki (On site)
I am looking for an experienced Lead System Engineer for a leading medical device company based in Helsinki.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the system engineering development of a design team. With the support of other system engineers
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Define system requirements and specifications
Conduct system design and analysis, including the development of system architectures, interfaces, and integration strategies
Perform risk analysis and management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and mechanical engineers, to ensure successful project outcomes
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on design concepts and prototypes
Communicate project status and technical information to stakeholders
Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience in test automation
Experience with requirement management and defect reporting
Experience in measurement technology and testing
Good communication skills
Proficiency in writing technical English
Fluency in English
EU work permit
Nice to have skills:
Knowledge of Robot Framework
Experience in specification writing in the medical industry
Experience in applying DevOps
Experience with requirements traceability management systems is an advantage.
