Freelance Cloud & Deployment Engineer – MedTech

A growing European MedTech company is looking for a freelance Cloud & Deployment Engineer to support secure and scalable deployment of its AI-based medical imaging solution across clinical environments.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, Docker)

• Build connectivity with hospital IT systems (PACS, DICOM)

• Automate deployments and streamline integration pipelines

• Troubleshoot clinical deployments and support technical operations

• Maintain deployment docs and best practices

What you bring:

• Strong experience with .NET, Terraform, Docker, AWS

• DevOps know-how (CI/CD, automated testing, logging/monitoring)

• Solid grasp of DICOM and clinical IT environments

• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Healthcare or medical imaging experience

• Familiarity with data privacy standards (GDPR, HIPAA)
