Solution Architect

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with product teams to understand service requirements and translate them into solution designs.
  • Conduct high-level solution design and ensure teams implement solutions according to company rules, principles, and best practices.
  • Define architecture and solutions to align with the digital services ecosystem.
  • Plan the management and utilization of services throughout their life cycle.
  • Drive, support, or coordinate the definition of design/architecture artifacts such as information models, use case diagrams, data models, DFDs, etc., depending on the situation.
  • Define support systems, integrations, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Propose solutions based on existing solutions, considering cost and timing feasibility.
  • Contribute to a diverse architect team, including architects from fields such as Data, Onboard, Infrastructure, and Integration.
  • Exhibit a “yes-we-can” team mindset and an outgoing personality to guide and inspire others.
  • Possess a senior skillset with a fresh perspective on technology and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Android development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Kotlin, and C/C++.
  • Deep understanding of Android SDK, framework, and automotive-specific APIs such as Android Automotive OS and Android Auto.
  • Familiarity with production-quality software and tools like Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Artifactory.
  • Experience with Android Testing Frameworks like Espresso and UI Automator.
  • Expertise in automated testing (unit, functional, end-to-end), documentation, and continuous integration.
  • Hands-on experience in performance optimization, memory management, and hardware optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of image processing and audio visualization.
