Senior Technical Sales Leader – North America (Process Equipment | Hygienic Systems | Homogenization)

Travel: Approximately 30–50%
Salary Range: $150,000 – $185,000 base salary
A global provider of hygienic and process technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Leader, North America to support and grow its regional business.
This role is responsible for leading complex technical-commercial activities, developing partner networks, and supporting regional sales teams while working closely with global leadership.
The position is remote within the United States and requires frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support technical and commercial sales activities across assigned territories
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, OEMs, and system integrators
- Drive growth in new equipment and aftermarket/spare parts sales
- Provide technical guidance and application support to customers and partners
- Support and mentor regional sales and application teams
- Collaborate with global teams on product strategy and major projects
- Maintain accurate reporting using CRM and internal systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or related roles within industrial or process equipment markets
- Demonstrated experience with hygienic systems, pumps, valves, homogenizers, or similar technologies
- Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and OEMs
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced technical degree or MBA
- Experience in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries
- Experience leading or mentoring commercial or technical teams
- Multilingual capability (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
