Senior Embedded Application Engineer
Location: Gothenburg, Sweden
Contract role- 12 months, possibility to extend.
Our client is a leading Automotive company with a global presence. They are currently looking for a Senior Embedded Application Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HMI platform for truck products using C++.
- Act as a mentor for senior developers, providing coaching, mentorship, and setting up guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on concept development, defining requirements, logical design, CAN signaling, implementation, and testing.
- Work closely with global brands and stakeholders to enhance the HMI platform with a focus on customer value.
- Drive technology opportunities to make the HMI platform more scalable, flexible, and engaging.
- Ensure alignment with business values while pushing for technological advancements.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in C++ with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in additional programming languages such as C, Python, and Qt (Linux)
- Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
- Ability to mentor and coach senior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Strong interpersonal skills: humble, flexible, curious, driven, team player, and eager to learn.
