Linux System Administrator – Vienna
We’re expanding our infrastructure team and need an experienced Linux System Administrator to help maintain our production environment and support new technical initiatives.
The Role
You’ll ensure our systems run reliably while implementing improvements across our infrastructure.
- Administer RHEL servers across physical and virtualized environments
- Support CEPH, XEN Orchestra, and Docker deployments
- Configure routing, DNS, DHCP, and firewall policies
- Manage VPN solutions including OPNsense, WireGuard, and OpenVPN
- Maintain Samba/NFS file services and Zimbra Mail Server
- Monitor infrastructure using CheckMK
- Implement OS hardening and security controls
- Build automation using Ansible and Python
- Document processes and collaborate with the team

What You’ll Bring
Required:
- 5+ years managing Linux servers in production
- Strong networking and virtualization knowledge
- Experience with security hardening techniques
- Excellent troubleshooting and teamwork skills
Nice to have:
- Ansible and Python scripting experience or automation tools
- Background in market data or financial information services
